Answers to frequently asked questions:

• You do not require a permit if you have a Blue Badge
• All residents will be entitled to apply for permits for every vehicle kept at their address
• Business owners will be entitled to apply for permits for vehicles registered at their business address within the zone
• Permits are not available for visitors including family members who do not live with you
• Permits are vehicle specific so if you are about to change your vehicle, please wait until receiving your new registration documents before applying
• Taxis and delivery vehicles will have to abide by the restrictions
• Parking is not affected by this scheme
• The restrictions will be enforced by Police Scotland
